Preparation
Powdered ginger offsets the sweet flavours of sweet pastries, cakes, puddings and biscuits, and makes for a nice addition to baked apple or apple fritters. It works well with curry spice mixtures and soy sauce, adding lots of flavour to stir-fried chicken and other meats.
